Local Photo Restore makes old family photographs clearer on your iPhone while preserving the original.

A photo will not load

Confirm Photos access in Settings and try choosing the image again.

Enhancement takes time

Larger photos require more on-device processing. Keep the app open and avoid Low Power Mode when possible.

The result is too warm or colorful

Reduce the Yellowing or Fading slider. The preview updates as you move the control.

Restore a purchase

Open the purchase screen and choose Restore Purchases while signed in to the Apple Account used for purchase.

Cancel a weekly subscription

Open iPhone Settings, tap your Apple Account, then Subscriptions.

Keep the original

Local Photo Restore saves a new copy and does not overwrite the source photo.
